Return and Exchange Policy
- Time Frame for Returns: Customers can return items within 7 days of purchase.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Exchange Procedures: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp at 00974 70269676 to arrange the exchange.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return (Ready-to-wear items only), please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
- Return delivery Costs: Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Packaging Instructions: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Returns: Returns are accepted for immediate delivery products only. Custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
- International Orders: Orders shipped outside Qatar are not eligible for exchange or return and cannot be canceled once the order has been prepared and shipped
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- مدة الاسترجاع: يمكن للعملاء استرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
- حالة المنتجات: يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، ومع جميع العلامات المرفقة.
- عملية الاسترداد: يتم الاسترداد خلال 3-10 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المُعاد.
- إجراءات الاستبدال: إذا كنت ترغب في استبدال منتج، يرجى الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لدينا على واتساب على الرقم +974 70269676 لترتيب الاستبدال.
- بدء عملية الاسترجاع: لبدء عملية الاسترجاع (المنتج الفوري فقط)، يرجى الاتصال بخدمة العملاء لدينا مع رقم الطلب وسبب الاسترجاع.
- تكاليف التوصيل للاسترجاع: يتحمل العملاء تكاليف التوصيل لاسترجاع المنتج إلا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير صحيح.
- تعليمات التغليف: يرجى التأكد من تغليف المنتج بشكل آمن لتجنب التلف أثناء النقل.
- الاسترجاع: يتم قبول استرجاع المنتجات التي يتم تسليمها بشكل فوري فقط. أما الطلبات التي يتم تفصيلها بشكل خاص للعميل فهي غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
- الطلبات الدولية: الطلبات التي يتم إرسالها لخارج قطر غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، ولا يمكن إلغاء الطلب في حال تم تجهيز الطلب وتم شحنه.
