Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign electronically or on a copy of the invoice, confirming that you have received the products as listed on the invoice. If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to any person present at that address and obtain their signature. If we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. The company is not responsible for any order not delivered within 15 days from the date of the order.
